Student Activities

The Association of Christian Schools (ACSI) holds several annual student competitions. YCS students participate at the school level, and those that receive the highest marks move on to compete at the regional level. Below are some very important events and dates to look forward to.

Math Olympics 
Teachers conducted in-class tests to select top students for the ACSI Math Olympics. The ACSI event took place Friday, March 26.

Speech Meet 
Students from 1st through 6th grades participate in the Speech Meet. Teachers allow students to select their speeches(selections are age-appropriate). The YCS Speech Meet occured in classrooms on Wednesday, March 10.

Winners for each grade level and category will advance to the ACSI Speech Meet on Friday, May 14 in Temecula.
